Rintaro and kaoruko remind me of mitsuri and obanai from demon slayer, they are not that similar but they just remind me of them
I havent read the manga yet but it would be really cute if they would be together in the future and rintaro would grow up to be a baker and cook for kaoruko haha

I can somewhat see it for Kaoruko and Mitsuri

But if anything Obanai is more similar to someone like Saku

I guess Rintaro's closest to Gyomei in that sense

Kaoruko and Mitsuri do have a lot of similarities, but Obanai and Rintaro are very different.

Rintaro is a soft hearted person with a.....supposedly fearsome appearance?(idk he looks just fine to me), while Obanai not only looks fearsome, but he also acts quite mysterious and arrogant.

His behavior with Tanjiro so far and with Tengen (after the Entertainment District fight) sure doesn't show him as a "secretly kind, soft hearted person".
Perhaps he is kind only towards Mitsuri at the moment.

They’re actually pretty similar.Mitsuri shares the fact she loves food for one and Ibanai is that loner outcast type coz of his appearance just like Rintaro but they’re all sweet and kind
