| @1List2RuleThemAl The split cour trend needs to die. An anime airing its entire season with a gap in the middle should be the exception, not the rule. I'd rather see fewer anime with better quality coming out every season , giving studios enough time to adapt a season in consecutive episodes, rather than having at least 50% of the shows be so bad or redundant they never should have been greenlit im the first place. |

It's confirmed that it will be a split cour, the first half in April 2025 and the second in January 2026,, but they didn't say how many episodes each part will have
| @Shiniwolf It will be 24 - 26 episodes total split between the two cours. The first two seasons were 24 episodes each and each adapted about 1/3rd of the source material. |

| @Kenchiin Even Soul Eater's anime is way better than the Fire Force anime so far... S2 was boring as hell with the talking mole compared to the church moment or brothers' fight in S1. Thinking Fire Force is one of the best "new gen" (whatever the f*** that means, it's not recent anymore) is having low standards. SE has a legacy, FF won't (and Bones chose to bring back Taku Iwasaki, composer of Soul Eater, for the soundtrack of Gachiakuta exactly because of that). |
