| Maikeru might be my favorite character in the series now, which is saying something considering how Akane is a fabulous protagonist. I really really really want him to get that promotion but I feel deep down issho is gonna give some old fart ass speech about how he can't. I'm not sure about whether the obstacle for an Arakawa sinuchi promotion should be resolved now (to give hope to Akane) or many years later (by Akane herself). |

| I love how everything came together. He really got to show all of his talents in a comprehensive piece. I waited and binge read most of this story and it gave me chills. It was worth waiting to see the whole story come together. |
