| I thought the ending was pretty sudden too but as far as endings go, it was pretty good. I feel like it resolved the conflicts that came with Ryo's coming out a little too neatly but I guess the point of the manga was to go beyond just making this about being trans. I enjoyed this a lot actually. My knowledge of trangenderism is not very high, so I do appreciate the insight the manga provides, even if it just barely scratches the surface of what actual people go through. The manga's message of breaking barriers created by prejudice or hardship is something anyone can relate to, even if your life isn't as hard someone else's. |
