| Hey there everyone, this is my first tutorial that I'm making in this forum. I'm gonna teach you how to revive Windows Live Messenger after they disconntinued it Step one You must create an Escargot account in order to proceed the installation. Save your password before you lose it Here's the link to register After the registration, you must activate your account Step two You must download the latest version of WLM, choose your prefered language, in my case, it was in Spanish. It comes with the ZIP file Here's the link to download it Step three Once you've downloaded, you must extract the file. Once you've extracted, there's two files: The WLM installation and the patch. BEFORE INSTALLING THE PATCH, YOU MUST INSTALL WLM, AFTER THE INSTALLATION, DON'T EXECUTE WLM, EXECUTE THE PATCH IN THE FILE LOCATION. Once you installed the patch, you can now proceed to your login. And that's pretty much it, you revived Windows Live Messenger. Optional You can download Messenger Plus! So you can have custom themes, custom status, etc. Here's the link to download If you want to use stickers, you must need Adobe Flash. | I've heard/read about some services that could bring the messenger, but as much as I've preferred that interface and the group chats compared to the layout of Skype and Discord, if there's no one I would want to talk to it's not really useful to me. So I'll just stick to the main ones |
