Hello there!, before reading this ,if you do reply ,Please reply without mentioning spoilers🙏☺️

Although this might not have the same format of events, like other leveling animes..., due to it not being adapted from a regular manga "from japan" instead a web novel,... It probably should have some sort of a dedicated training arc, like the ones we see in titles like black clover for example, and what I'm curious about is ,the possibility of having that in the second season .

there is no training arc because his whole training is him leveling up on dungeons and doing his daily mandatory exercise routine

@Zeekto well minor spoilers there is some training scenes like that with his shadow army in later parts of the manga but they are only few scenes and not an entire arc

He trains as he does his hunter job and finding a cure for his mother, like he always do :)

He levels up as he defeat monsters and completes quests. He doesn't farm monsters like you would to highlevel up yourself in a game.

this new season will cover arcs which previously hinted in development of the anime side by side...

Demon Tower Arc
Jeju Island Arc
His Rise arc of "from f rank weakest hunter to s rank leveling hunter"

mostly these thee will be covered since they are mentioned in s1 n are big enough to cover s2
