| Really sad to learn of Mo Caihuan's passing, she passed yearning for Han Li, and he has no idea she passed away. I love the concept of time in this series, 20 years for Han Li the immortal is nothing, but 20 years is long enough for a mortal to grow old and have multiple grandchildren. Most of the mortals that Han Li met before this episode are likely already dead, which is sad to think about, but also realistic in a sense. That merchant that Han Li met in this new world 2 episodes ago are probably also dead by now, it really put things into perspective. |
