The version I watched is basically a compilation of all the episodes which was around 32 minutes including the OP so I am posting it here. There's know way this should be listed as 23 episodes. It contains 12 episodes, each nearly taking 2 minutes (sometimes, a bit less) and then 2 movie openings along with 2 other episodes and the Yuyake dance music video. So, it should be either 12 episodes or 17/18 episodes (if you want to include the OP as an individual episode or not since I don't know if it was shown separately in theater screenings). Anidb lists it as 12 eps (2 mins) and Anime-planet lists it as 1 ep (24 mins) + 2 movie manners and I can't find this entry on Anilist.

Anyway, to the actual content, it's basically the conversation between a girl and a cat in several places related to one particular topic for each episode. There's not much here, the dialogue isn't much interesting anyway to hook you in completely. My favorite was the episode (6??) with the festival. The background, while it's just a single frame, is very detailed which equally makes the actual CG quality look worse because the blending of the models in the backgrounds in this was horrible. The Yuyake dance was pretty swag at the end. Oh, there's also no subs, so if you can't understand Japanese, I don't see much reason to watch this.
