So Robert played that stupid role, and died for no good reason; I'm sorry, I mean: died for "being a man and a pro" because he was trying to protect the woman he loved.

If only this was foreshadowed somehow in the first place, both his death and this case would have been both more compelling. But like this it only feels like it came out of nowhere. Not exactly a fan of how things played out either.

Not spectacular, but pretty good for a season finale. Yet this was easily the weakest season as a whole, maybe due the small number of episodes which automatically results in a lower chance of having impactful moments. But even disregarding that, most cases just felt like rehashed and cheaper versions of what we've seen so far and nope I didn't mind the commorn pattern before. Neither the vibe nor comedy knew to convince either.

But hey, it was still City Hunter so entertaining enough.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

Get wild and tough!
Great final battle song. Pretty good episodes this season but I can't get over how they changed everyone's colors around. Ryo with light eyes just feels like a completely different character. And overall he was more mellow this season like they were trying to mature him up a bit. Like this whole episode he seemed unusually somber like he just wanted to die instead of being, well, wild and tough like he usually gets when Kaori gets threatened. He didn't have that badass vibe in the final gun battle with all those thugs and was limping around, dropping his gun. He looked kinda pathetic to be honest, like he's getting too old for this.

Final part of two part story and the final episode of the season. Sophie Silverman turns out to be fiance of Robert which is no surprise. Seems Sophie is not the gm of the association but is a sweeper as well.

The hit men after Sophie turned out to be from Guiness Corp, a murder agency as revealed in the standoff between Sophie and Ryo. Ryo was shot twice by Sophie as he didn't want to point his gun at her.

Cue in the Guiness Corp and its president in JApan to finish Ryo and Sophie. Ryo was assisted by Falcon and a shootout ensued. Great to see the song Get Wild being played during the shootout. Falcon just lobbed grenades over to take care of the henchmen. Ryo got the president with a shot.

The duel between Sophie and Ryo took place but Kaori jumped in to protect Ryo. Sophie can't shoot them. Kaori and Sophie shared the same grief of losing a loved one. The end scene was cute and endearing especially between Falcon and Miki. Sophie left on a cruise ship vowing to live on with Robert's sweet memories in her.
