Dang, this was more violent than I had thought.

Hino is risking a lot just to get that girl (manager to be honest). Well, I think they got some decent character chemistry going on. Hopefully the series will focus more on Hino's personal character development soon. Not bad so far.

The violence and blood was pretty surprising to me as well. I know it's rugby, but I've never really seen a sports manga (more like anime since this is the first sports manga I've read that I didn't watch an anime of first) to have such violently reckless characters. That bit is interesting.

Generally I'm not a fan of main characters being motivated by crushes in non-romance media, but this looks ok enough otherwise. I'll keep reading for now.
