| I am a huge advocate of having accurate manga/anime lists. I would like some closure on this. |
| MAL counts special chapters IIRC. |

| According to websites that have the raw versions of the untranslated chapters, 39 being the last chapter seems accurate. It has that Gaara vs Lee battle saved for last, and the last few pages sort of indicate the end of the series. |
