Funimation on AT&T U-Verse

Hi everyone,

Today I called my AT&T U-Verse service provider about getting the Funimation channel for free, but they said that the Funimation channel only comes in a $7 all anime access package. Is this true? Because I heard that the channel was provided for free if you had the HD Tier. Please help me confirm this.
