I'm not sure how to code the video since it's not available on youtube yet but here's the link:

Looks decent enough for a start ~

The scenes where rather stretched for me. They could've exececuted this at a shorter period of duration but wow I'm impressed with the animation! I'm really looking forward to this!

Thanks! I just watched it and the artwork and animation is really pretty. It's a good thing I read the manga (the first 2 chapters have been translated) otherwise I'd have absolutely no idea what's going on hehe. The ost sounds promising :D

Just like in the PV Hal/Haru's design is quite unusual but striking, but then Sakisaka Io's art is very distinctive. Looking forward to seeing Kurumi in action, too.

Here's hoping this movie will be good and give more exposure to Sakisaka Io. I think this is her first time working on an anime, right? As far as I know she only did manga before.

I seriously hope this does well and they animate more shoujo manga. After the way Tonari, Sukitte and and KamiHaji bombed there hasn't been a single announcement...

But the animation in this is beautiful! I think I'll really like this!

Loved the animation, pretty happy since this and the Ghibli film are literally the only things I look forward to this summer.

I've been checking amazon.jp but all I've found so far is the fanbook and the light novel. Looks like the movie isn't on pre-order yet :( I've checked the official website as well but since I don't know Japanese at all I only got so far with Google translate (most of it is images anyway) and couldn't find anything about the BD/DVD at all.

The movie is still being shown in theaters in Japan!! Your questions are way too early to answer.

Anyway, the city seems to be Kyoto to me and when I checked the synopsis indeed the story takes place in Kyoto!
So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old?

I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them?

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series.

8 first minutes and Kurumi still hasn't appeared. Who wrote this thing?

Also, I can't help to think the writer screwed up by making RoboHaru the POV character. It's Kurumi the one who just lost her lover, and it's she who's going to freak the hell out when RoboHaru appears in her life. She's the one who incarnates the conflict of the story, as one of the professors in my screenplay writing class would say, so it would be more fitting for her to have the POV.

Needless to say, this preview doesn't look encouraging. The animation is gorgeous, that's true, but lately lots of anime productions put too much emphasis on the animation and not enough on the writing department.

DVD/BD release date is December 18th >_< And here I thought it would be at least two months before. Oh well, there are lots of anime to look forward to this fall that should fill up the time by the time it's released.

If she is not the POV I will sure as hell not watch this movie. Guys are so boring in romance.. I wanna see it from the girls POV.

No, I think that is when just the japanese version of the movie comes out. The eng subs depends of the fansubbers, but I think they won't take more than a week to translate the movie
