| Pissed off that I wasted a few hours of my life and thinking about what could have been. Doesn't mean I'll hate the series, I'll just be unsatisfied. For example, Darker than Black Season 2 had a really confusing ending that left me wanting more (doesn't help that the creator said that there will be no new season). |

| Neon Genesis Evangelion + End of Evangelion. Most disappointing endings, ever. I can excuse Neon Genesis Evangelion, as they were running low on their budget and ended up making something that was at least somewhat interesting to watch. That's why I watched End of Evangelion, so I could get a proper ending to a series that had been very interesting up till that point. It felt a bit rocky during the beginning, but then they really set it up for an epic ending right at the half-way point of the movie. Then everything after that turned into a confused mess of visuals that led to an ending which was just as unfitting as the Neon Genesis Evangelion ending. Besides those, the only endings that disappointed me was because there wasn't anything left to watch after them. |
