| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It was inevitable that the board would become a problem. I'm sure the President is prepared for it, but I wonder how prepared he is. I wonder why Akagi didn't go back to the hospital when his teacher did? And why is the Knot Punisher better than the Knot Buster? It was hard to see exactly what it was doing, but it looked like it was just a more complicated and less efficient version of the Knot Buster. Also, why wasn't Dai Guard taken over by the Heterodyne too? I hope the guy that tried to sacrifice the city to save his reputation gets punished and not Shirota. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Shirota got discharged from the military or even courtmartialed. |
| Woah, the plot and characters are finally starting the move somewhere. I like how there is finally the connection between Akagi and Shirota's different ways of thinking. Sometimes you have to act with raw passion, but its important to have strategy, planning, and most importantly, coordination, to go along with it. Nonetheless, you could have taken out like 7 of the episodes up until now and I wouldn't care; most of the show up until now has felt like repetitive filler. I like the characters and setting and concept, but Patlabor does it way better than this. I hope the show continues to actually move from here and it doesn't stagnate again. |
