Setsuna goes to the ELS homeworld(to be exact what is left of it) as a first human ambassador of sorts, since thanks to quan[t] he can pretty much directly communicate with them. Then we flashback to the start of Aeolia's plan and he is talking to the person whose DNA will latter be used to create Ribbonz-model Innovades.(it was already said that Innovades are bassically composed of cybernetics and DNA from real people, mostly Aerolia's scientists or other bright people). Then we flashforward to the decades after movie. Why setsuna went to Marina and not Feldt? Easy. Care means nothing. Feldt had a crush on him, yes, but she did not have the same level of understanding as Marina and Setsuna did. The only person Feldt felt the feelings closest to love was S1-Lockon. Its a platonic love of sorts between Marina and Setsuna - they both challenge each other's ideals and they both changed due to meeting each other. Marina to Setsuna is the mother he killed, the life he never had, the peace he wishes to achieve and whats more important, the reason for existence of said peace. She was also his biggest enigma. HE longed to understand her ideas and her behavior and through that he longed to understand the meaning of his spared life. THey hugged because they understood each other firmly finally and the bigest enigmas of their existence were solved that way. And Quan[t] is covered in flowers because its no longer needed. Communication? Humans already are on the level to freely communicate with ELS and with Innovators soon becoming the majority of humanity, they should have no problems communicating with other species now. Combat? No world deserves the level of power Quan[t] possessed. Last thing in gundamverseto be created to rival its power was TurnA.And TurnA and the technologies in ithavebeen responsible for multiple . AS for aliens and flower - think, what does that flower represent to setsuna, what does it embody? The flower that is the only thing growing in the war-scorched homeland of his. That flower represents the reasons Setsuna wishes for peace and understanding and represents end of conflict and cease of suffering. Considering ELS/Setsuna link when Setsuna saw ELS history was two-way communication, ELS took that image that symbol and used it to represent their intentions of peace and cease of war. |

Aside from fights, he never knew what is the right thing to do. Even after he become a true innovator, he didn't become any smarter. And any of the Ptolemaios crew actually aware of that. Why flower? Because that's the flower Feldt gave to him. It was shown that he lost that flower in a fight, then tried to catch it in his dream, so after all he created new one for himself ^__^ |

EDIT: Ok read second post =) still bad end. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
