Spanda- because of Robin, Franky (alongside with Tom san and Ice ossan), buster call, abandoning CP9 and generally all the events from Enies Lobby. | I know that they haven't done much in the series yet but, the Celestial Dragons. They annoy me so much!! Everytime they do something abnoxious I just want to scream at my laptop monitor! >:( |

As far as I know he's the most popular member of CP9 and also, one of the most popular villains in general. Personally, I loved Kaku for his gentle nature and I respected him for how he admited his defeat. |

| I have to say my least favourite villain is Captain Kuro, at first he seemed pretty cool with those claws of his but when you compare him to all the other villains that the straw hats have come across he's pretty dull to be honest. |

| That really depends on whether you mean they suck as villains or that they play their roles well and you want them to die as a result. The worst villains in One Piece would be... 1. Foxy (THIS is why i hate filler characters) 2. Gecko Moria (his character wasn't interesting to me). 3. Lucci (Yes it was good fight but apart from that, what did he bring?) The villains who were so good at what they do i want them to die: 1. Spanda (face it, you cheered when he got the crap beaten out of him) 2. Tenryubiito (Not so much great villains, but you want them to die all the same) 3. Kizaru (I actually like his character but his attitude pisses me off sometimes) |

| Yea it would be a pretty lengthy list. 1. Arlong, I mean honestly who here wasn't emotional during the Arlong Park Saga and despised him when they showed what happened to Bellmere. 2. Enel, yea we get it, you think youre a God, let it go already damn. 3. Don Krieg, how did he even make it to the Grand Line to begin with, he was pathetic. |

| I would have to say Moria, he just really brings nothing to the table. He is not that strong, his personality is weak, and no appeal at all. To me he is just a background character that adds to the story. |

| Well... a lot of my favorite villains ARE my favorites because of being such effective villains, so I'm not sure how to approach this question. I could go by least favorite character content wise, or least favorite because of villainous tendencies. Or both. What the hell... I'm rambling. Don Krieg, Axe Hand Morgan (egoism of that caliber pisses me off, AND their characters were shallow), and Foxy (poor villain in both terms). |

| It's sad to find so many people hating on villains solely based on their effectiveness. Akainu gets so many votes because he kills Ace. Alright, so he killed him.. but didn't anyone just think that maybe HE'S JUST DOING HIS JOB? Admirals are not evil, but those that are truly evil are the ones higher up... If there are any villains that deserve only hatred then it is the Celestial Dragons. p.s. this is why doflamingo is probably the BEST villain in OP because he is aware of everything that is going on. He is on nobody's side. He is truly awesome! But yeah, back to bad villains... TENRYUUBITO should just all (*&^%$ die. They piss me off because they seem too real. |
