I blame Crunchyroll, they rather give new seasons to trash anime like COTE, Shield Hero and this, while actual good anime that they also helped produce like Shikimori-san, still hasn't gotten a sequel...

Idk why you all dislike this anime/manga. The story is the type of: from zero to hero; in this case from zero to demon lord. I see same progression type from Reincarnated as slime. Just because have harem in it makes the anime/manga bad? You all forget that is same shit on Reincarnated as slime, but as SECONDARY THEME, not main as here, in Re:Monster.
In conclusion, you all have bad tastes in progression type storys...

Re:Monster has so many fun concepts, but the execution is incredibly unspired, and the writing is SO generic.

The manga is basically a light novel with the amount of yap it has, and the anime is little more than a PowerPoint presentation with its frames of plastic art.
