| bounties dont really mean much in that sense like xebec had lower bounty than roger yet he is the 3rd or 4th strongest character in the verse, also shanks had lower bounty than kaido and big mom despite being stronger than both of them, and buggy has higher bounty than crocodile and mihawk despite being much weaker regarding how strong he is he would be stronger than any major antagonist before wano and also stronger than all yonko commanders before wano, like stronger than doflamingo, katakuri, jack, marco, king etc, but he is weaker than the yonko themselves and the major antagonists post-wano like saturn, and whoever the elbaf antagonist is |

| Powerscaling in One Piece tends to be relative to where the story is, not to actual feats or consistency. Assuming that Crocodile is a Yonko commander now, he should be, at the very least in the same tier as Cracker/Oven. Realistically he is on Queen/Katakuri level in my opinion. |
