I understand your situation. That anime is a hidden gem. Not many people talk about it, and when you watch it, you're surprised by how good it is. When you finish it, you want to find something similar, but it's very difficult. The closest one is My Happy Marriage (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon), but I'm sure you've already seen that.🤷🏾♀️💗

The Demon Prince of Momochi House (Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Oubi) maybe. I much prefer Taishou Otome but this one is somewhat close.

Something with the same historical theme and a generally similar vibe to this You could try these :3 - Tada Kun wa Koi wo Shinai Not historical but i think it has the most similar storytelling style to Taisho Otome - Ashita no Nadja Not quite the same vibe, but it's a beutifully done historical series and has a nice mix of comedy and drama - Versailles no Bara This one's more drama focused, but if you're looking for historical romances it's an absolute classic |

You could try these :3
- Tada Kun wa Koi wo Shinai
Not historical but i think it has the most similar storytelling style to Taisho Otome
- Ashita no Nadja
Not quite the same vibe, but it's a beutifully done historical series and has a nice mix of comedy and drama
- Versailles no Bara
This one's more drama focused, but if you're looking for historical romances it's an absolute classic
