| Cried to a KimiPre episode award. Happy Mother’s Day to all the women who don’t get nearly enough credit. You only get one! Kokoro trying to come up with the perfect message to get her mom for the special day was so sweet, but in reality there’s nothing we could ever say or do to pay them back. Just being there, being respectful, soaking up as much knowledge as possible and living a long happy life is the best we can do. The villains watching the girls’ performance videos constantly is so funny to me lmao. They’re really their biggest fans! Turning Kokoro’s mom into a Kurayaminda annoyed me sm tho like cmon take the day off and leave my girl alone 😩 Worked out in the end because it led to the best fight of the season. The message and real world significance of Kokoro’s struggle to save her mom and express how important she is.. with the flashbacks, yea tears were shed. Knowing her mom stepped up and had to play both parents’ roles after her dad died was just too relatable. Even the villains got moved to tears! Her mom planning the birthday party for Kokoro despite it being Mother’s Day is really the perfect example of how selfless a mother’s love is. She wasn’t even worried about her day, Kokoro being happy was the only thing that mattered to her 😭 “You are your father and I’s treasure” We don’t deserve moms bro. I’m gonna go dry my face, I’m out yall lol |

| Oh my! Kiraland fairies are Glind. Mother's day serving as diversion for Kokoro's birthday, with how much Kokoro loves her mother. Was a nice episode entirely, but that closing with Meroron made even greater. |

| heartwarming episode, Kokoro kept attacking the Kurayaminder to save her mom. Intense, she fired the Kyun-kyun laser for so long. we also get a sad flashback.. it looks like her dad died from sickness. surprised that mother's day is also Kokoro b-day. ^^ |

| Excellent episode, it made me genuinely cry. Which makes it clear that, no matter the kind of audience is watching your show despite not being the target one (this is a show for innocent little girls while I'm a degenerate 40-years old man who got into it for the loli p0rn art of my wife Cure Idol on Pixiv, for christ's sake), if you're good at your job you can get people of all kinds invested in what you do. Kudos to the person who wrote this episode, he/she clearly has talent. I guess it confirms the fact that hacks Yuji Kobayashi and Shoji Yonemura on the god friggin' awful Smile Pretty Cure were awful because they indeed are awful to begin with when taken on their own, which reiterates my stance that the Urutoraman stuff with the former (Ultraman Max and following I'm looking at you) and the Kamen Rider of the Latter (Decade and Kabuto) as main writers will be avoided for a LOOOOOONG time like they will be avoided single episodes with them as writers, like I already did with the toilet seats cleaner by profession turned into playwriter Yuji Kobayashi because reasens in Gekiranger and Urutoraman Mebius, no matter if people apparently rave about those like they're amongst the best iterations of their respective franchises ever. 9/10. |
