Zygarde was still able to battle even after the Trick Flower while Meowscarada was exhausted, Amethio made it clear that his Ceruledge was no longer able to fight, and Crocalor and Quaxwell were already defeated. We can only discuiss sense of the fact that Zygarde simply refused to continue fighting, but we've been given to understand for a long time that the whole plot intrigue was a work of the pacifist Zygarde, who wanted to destroy Rakurium, and since he had been following the entire journey of Liko and her friends, he took up the fight to test them. He was also, in his way, a loyal partner of Gibeon, so he took his side and fought as long as he saw the point of the battle. |
| So... this is it. Gibeon is defeated, but Spinnel doesn't seem to be giving up. Anyone who saw the poster for the next story arc was already starting to worry about Friede, but I think the creators just decided to push him into the background, so they could focus solely on Liko, Roy, and Dot from now on. I think the great climax of the Horizons main story was this fight, but the epilogue of this story is still ahead of us and everything will be explained next week. |
| Well I wasn't expecting a particularly grand finale but it was overall good. I'm more excited for the next arc after seeing the posters but I hope its not just gym hopping. Seeing a Zygarde using core enforcer in the anime again was cool. Really doesn't have the same hype as when its used by the 100% form but regardless it was cool to see. |

| I have a brief impression that Nyarote evolved in this episode into Masquernya, I need one more "Shinka" just to be sure. Zygarde fighting just to say that he didn't abandoned Gibeon, "peace disappear" meme |

| Yoo Floragato's evolution to Meowscarada!! That was epic, and now Zygarde left Gibeon after seeing that and now we're getting Terapagos's final form, this is getting so exciting |

| Zygarde flip-flopping harder than the stock market. Also, that was one of the best moments for an evolution. |
