She is talented, yes but she is too inexperienced and untested in battle to be on Silver Sword.
Silver Sword is meant to be the best of the best. Equivalent to something like the Marine Corps Seal Team 6.
Yet she is easily rattled and indecisive, leading to the deaths of her teammates and then she would be considered unfit for battle because of her PTSD.
Im not sure if you have experienced real combat but to have someone mentally unfit for battle, can get you and your squad KIA.
This from the perspective of living in that world. She may be great in the future but she should not be on that team in her current state.
Its not about making friends and all that feel good nonsense that she needs. A team of that level and caliber should have a support thats cool headed and composed in crisis situations. Yet you say you dont want anyone to talk bad about her.
If you have traveled the world as you say and have multiple degrees, I question the experience you should have learned from all that.
I weigh them against my 1 degree and 42 countries visited and 2 military tours. Since your so proud of your experience you irrelevantly brought up.
