| This anime just keeps getting better and better. It's my number one anime to look forward every week. And also, I watched the opening theme over and over again and fell in love with it. And then, because of that, went down the rabbit hole of Band-Maid and oh my God, I think they're one of my favorite bands now. Typically I'm not into J-Pop or J-Rock as I'm more into metal/punk music, but boy, does this song slap. Gonna have to see them when they tour here. |

| Rip, Memm is part of the evil cult. There's always going to be some lunatic out there wishing for doomsday. Suppose it's better for them to know now than later. Cult scene was probably some idea scrapped at the drawing board. Way for our animator to confront Memm over cake. Don't think I would coin happiness with bringing about the end of the world, but I guess Memm is just tired of it all inside. Actually stopped a cult with a male idol 👏 |

| Memmeln was behind everything. Not surprising, but still shocking. I never finished Fren, but is Memmeln the complete opposite of Fren? "void stan" lmaooo Bro wants to end the whole world just because she's tired of living lol sounds similar to certain politicians and groups. Also for those complaining about the desk animation, isn't that something animators do, reuse scenes?? While in a funky, people do tend to look up to idols or other forms of escapism to avoid things going on in their life or distract themselves, so that might be the reason Natsuko drew an idol this time. (elements of this being an anime about animators? or at least a reference to real life. ). If they're so unhappy, why don't they kill themselves? Why are they keeping Unio in the dark? Who was that weird looking bird with a clock? I don't think people are watching this and finding the hidden meaning behind what's actually going on. The fantasy is a disguise in a way, I mean this is MAPPA. They aren't going to flatly lay it out |

| Natsuko trying to discern Memmeln's role according to the movie script that somehow turned awry, and both her and Luke has to stumble upon a cult, led by her that orchestrated the Void incident to awaken the Ultimate Void in the pretense of a choir, they can't exactly let her know what's going on about the elf girl. And this causes a rift between Luke and Natsuko to try and assimilate any information out of Memmeln, until the latter could not take anymore of the former's way to try and win her with food, for Memmeln to spill the entire plot. Clearly, this has been eating at Memmeln's lives for the long while now to want to end it all, and both Luke and Natsuko discreetly infiltrating Memmeln's cult for summoning the Ultimate Void, which inevitably causes her to step in...and create the Ultimate Exister (or rather an idol-esque fangirl love) to rekindle her love, what a way to invoke Ikemen to her newfound life lols. Hah, Unio thinking that Luke and Natsuko are secretly dating...she couldn't be further from the truth...or is it? |

| The Disney moment was so absurd and good. This is my favorite episode so far. Memmeln motivations felt strange, but I suppose she wanted to stop the suffering for everyone. It would be strange watching people you love and civilizations come and go while you remain. |

| This episode was pretty nice and interesting, I just found it kinda dumb that the solution to probably thousands of years of trauma was "I'm happy now because I get to fangirl over an anime boy" |
| It seems Memmeln was planning to destroy everything out of the sadness and loneliness she’s endured. Personally, I think Natsuko’s a jerk—she’s a complete loner who only cares about Luke, but not even romantically—she just doesn’t want to see her pretty hero sad. Natsuko has no right to call Memmeln self-serving when she’s the same in her own way. But at least after this confrontation, even when Memmeln turned into a Void, she managed to return to herself, and things turned out for the better. |
