throw out your best guesses as to how a second version of her appeared in chapter 189!! options based off of opinions ive seen online!!

personally, fumiko being the death devil doesn't make sense with the current knowledge that we have, even if it would be cool. she's yoshida's work partner, and he's already shown interest in opposing and getting rid of the death devil. my guess would be that she has a contract with the cat devil. i don't really want her to be an actual monster herself, as it would make her character a tiny bit less interesting.

Ya, she's become a very interesting character. I'd have to go back and read the scenes with her before I could truly guess.

Edit: Having thought about her and her personality. I think it could be likely she's the death devil. She just has the aura about her and gives off weird/bad vibes. Also, earlier on, she talks about being a big fan of chainsaw man.

Just remember every horse man has some weird obsession with chainsawman. so it's possible.
