Couldn’t Subaru tell people he can see the future?

So obviously he cant tell anyone about Return By Death but couldn’t Subaru tell people he can see the future in order to make his life a little bit easier? He’s constantly trying to get events and people to follow a certain path all whilst not being able to talk about why he is doing it and how he knows what’s going to happen. I’d have thought that pretending he can see the future might give a plausible reason for people to listen to him about things that will happen without having to actually say he has seen it all because of Return By Death.

Anything that can lead people to figuring out RBD is forbidden so he can't explain to people how he knows what's gonna happen. That's why he has to build trust in others so they'll believe him without any explanation.

it's not just that he can't say "i can return by death", the effect also triggers when he describes an event that has yet to happen in the current loop but will happen in the future, so even if he did tell everyone that he can see the future, he can't tell them what exactly he saw

he can't tell them what will happen, but telling that he can see the future ppl wouldnt question his abilities, It isnt for making ppl understand what he can do, but gives plausibility for everything he tells others

So how about he describes the future prediction as a skill like ‘Intuition’ or god’s blessing. That way there will be less likely chances of people figuring out RBD and can also slowly build trust among his companions so they won’t ever doubt him.

Subaru can't convey this information both directly and indirectly, which also includes paraphrasing.
But still, most characters figured out by themselves that there are things Subaru can't tell even if he would want to and he may have some sort of premonition ability.

@SweatyFingers That ain't true. He told everyone when and where the White Whale would show up. And he told them about the Witch's cult attacking Rosswald's village.

Early on in this arc when Subaru didn't explain that the Archbishop of Wrath would attack it was a matter of "no time to explain" since if he bothered to explain then all the badshit would go down before he could stop her.

Claiming he can see the future events while smelling like the Satan of this world will probably do more harm than good for him. Also satella is always watching so there is always a risk that either that person or subaru will get some heart squeezing

I'm an anime only watcher so maybe I'm wrong about this, but I take Satella being the witch of envy that she wants this ability to just be between her and Subaru. Subaru can use the ability as he see's fit as she lets him, but I think when he does something to try to "share" in that ability with others that Satella gets jealous and stops him in the only way she can.

So it's not really about figuring a loophole against the "logic" of how to share the info as much as it is dealing with a powerful being he's getting the power from who's famously a witch of envy and not overstepping in sharing too much of the power as that makes her jealous, is my personal take on what's happening from what we've seen so far.

we have people in the quora saying that Subaru revealing anything close to RBD prevents him to say it but I just wanna confirm that considering this was entirely true, we do know that during the white whale hunt incident, he has set a timer in his mobile and had told everyone that when this phone rings the white whale would come for sure and that was somewhat like similar to saying that "this is what's gonna happen in the future so believe it" type shi. hope I'm not wrong on this point

If Subaru starts telling people he can see the future, and those people survive to the next checkpoint. Whenever he is on a fresh checkpoint people will start bothering him about the future and asking him what comes next, when he doesn't know it.
