Poor Hinoki. :( Well, at least her father finally understood how badly he had behaved towards her. It was kinda his fault for what she did.

Was good that Ema felt she played her best. But I feel that was the pain making her hallucinate a little.

Last group choked. And Tonbo won.

Honestly, this is my favorite golf anime. Purely about sport.

That was a perfect episode.
Everyone tried their best to win.
I did predict that Hinoki would confess at the end, but I thought she would actually win, maybe the tie with Tonbo was the best option.
I really like how Hinoki's father admitted to how tough he was on her, I think they will have a better relationship from now on.
Congratulations Tonbo!

The synopsis suggests that episode 13 is likely to be more of a recap. Since there’s no point in doing a recap for a concluding anime, Japanese fans speculate that it might also serve as an announcement for a 3rd season.

Fun show. Average show overall between the two seasons but probably my favorite golf anime at least compared to the ones I've watched (Birdy Wing and the shonen netflix one) It felt the most realistic and faithful to the sport at the very least. Hope we see one more season maybe another time skip in a more highstakes tournament?

Tonbo won! Hooray! :D I was not expecting that, but each girl was in a difficult situation of their own, so it was always going to be close. I was also not expecting Hinoki's father to just break down and admit his fault in poisoning his daughter's mindset. But I'm glad he did. And I'm glad Hinoki confessed, though I fear she might get suspended. Probably not, I hope not, but we'll see. I predicted Tsubura would try the same shot Tonbo did to get on the green, but I also doubted she had what it takes to make it count. And I was right - her shot put her on the green, but in a difficult spot and she needed more strokes than Tonbo to finally get it in. Well played nonetheless, Tsubura. Poor Ema though :( Nothing was going her way, but that shot from the asphalt with sparks flying everywhere was epic! She got the shot that marks her comeback as a competitive player and that's what matters.

Overall, I am thrilled with this episode. It was full of excitement and emotion you typically don't associate with golf as an occasional spectator :D Well done everyone who worked on it! Can't wait for the season finale!

Another straightforward but simply great sports anime episode.

Tonbo actually won the competition, I actually didn't expect that,
but had thought that if she were to win, it would be because Hinoki
confessed to cheating. So I guess I called that development.

Very excited by the potential prospect of a third season being announced.

I am unsure about the end of this competition, the way they had everyone miss their last shots, it feels a little forced.

Would it have been better to have her runner up or win well, possibly.

It is good they had the girl confess though.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.
