No, you could watch this after Return to Sabaody and it won't spoil anything past that.

buddy...there is no mention or foreshadowing of other arcs. it's just an episode particularly focusing on strawhat fans.

Trying to watch all available anime series so you won't have to anymore, the list of anime I can recommend is still in progress, tho
