The official website for the Trillion Game television anime series revealed the additional cast, theme songs, second key visual (pictured), and second promotional video on Tuesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere with the first two episodes on October 3 on TBS and other channels.

Cast
Sakura: Ryouta Suzuki (Dr. Stone: New World)
Futaba: Sayaka Senbongi (Bocchi the Rock!)
Nanamori: Rikuya Yasuda (Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama.)
Ogura: Yuuki Shin (Tokyo Revengers)

Boy band &TEAM is performing the opening theme "Beat the odds" and pop group Klang Ruler performs the ending theme "Unbelievable." Both songs are previewed in the promotional video below.

Yuuzou Satou (AI no Idenshi) helms the anime at Madhouse. Ryuunosuke Kingetsu (Ulysses: Jehanne Darc to Renkin no Kishi) is handling the series composition and Kei Tsuchiya (Hakozume: Kouban Joshi no Gyakushuu) is designing the characters. Takurou Iga ("Oshi no Ko") is composing the music.

The anime adapts Riichiro Inagaki and Ryouichi Ikegami's seinen drama manga which began serializing in Big Comic Superior in December 2020. Shogakukan published the ninth volume on April 30. Viz Media licensed the manga in English on February 2 and will release the first volume on September 17.

Why do the female character designs seem so familiar? Did the illustrator have any significant works or even douji in the 90s and 00s?

@RobertBobert

The manga's artist was a big name in Japan in the 80s and 90s; his most popular work is probably Crying Freeman.

Anyway, I'm really interested in this one for the plot, but the animation looks...well, it isn't Madhouse's best work at all.

@malvarez1 I know about Crying Freeman, but I don't remember there being such cute female character designs.
