Overall, a fun romcom, with overarching plot that need a little more brain power to understand compared to typical romcom. Sad the studio didn’t show the lips touching, well a kiss is a kiss.

A nice for now ending for Amane, after everything that happened, she can finally be honest to herself on top of thinking about her duty and ultimate goal. Not much for Akutsu tho, other than his renew commitment toward protecting Amane.

The post credit scene is bruh.

Not bad, not bad at all. This in a way feels like a prologue to a much deeper story. While the execution wasn't perfect, it had a good enough hook for me to hope for a second season. If we ever do get another season, I pray the little cringe that rears its head once in a while is removed and we get a rather serious interpolation of the world's and characters. They should keep the comedy tho, it was really necessary for people like me who stuck around for the laughter the most throughout.

Pretty fun watch. It feels like I'm watching a 2000s - 2010s romcom, only with otherworldly subplot, and modern and experimental humor being thrown into the mix.
Right now, the trend is just another polar opposites about loner x popular girl iyashikei story. I'm tired of them. And I'm glad that this one decided to took the more traditional approach.
Back and forth bickering between the ML and the FL? Check. Rivals into lovers? Check. Supporting friends? Check. All in a 2024 series.
The romance is good, and the comedy is there. Surprising to see in something like this today. This is romcom in the truest sense. I want more like this please.
