| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- End of the fifth arc. Better than the last two, I thought. Although even after they revealed the villain, the arc kept going for like another episode and a half, heh. Pretty much it had to be Isshiki after we saw the cigarettes in the woman's apartment, especially when she looked confused at seeing the cigarettes and we saw Isshiki having a smoke in his own apartment in the scene immediately before it. But I don't think this arc was entirely about "who" dunnit, as Isshiki was kind of slimy from the start. It was also about "how" it was done, and that took some figuring out. Changing the keypad to look like a calculator, that's pretty clever. Especially when Kisaragi works with calculators all day and wouldn't have thought twice about it. So, not a bad arc this time, I think. |
