Does the anime cut out anything important?

No specifics please. I'm anime only. I've only seen the first episode. I've heard that certain moments and chapters have been cut. Are these cuts significant enough that it affects the quality of the story? Or are people exaggerating a bit? If you've already finished the anime and have knowledge of the manga, I'd love to know.

No, nothing important was cut.

There are some scenes that got a different order specially the last episode. But a part of some small dialogues is the same. If someone complain is probably been very nitpicky.

Some small scenes involving the same characters that were separate are mushed together. It somewhat effects the flow for me, but doesn't change things greatly. Only thing I can think of that was completely cut was a recurring gag reference.

I was comparing the series with the manga, which i have phisically, and there where some changes in the order of the scenes, but although, there is one scene that wasn't adapted it doesn't affect the series.
