| Changshou and Ling'E try to refine the Immortal Melting pill which is forbidden because it has potential to kill immortals (or just the herb used to refined it). The cat's out of the bag!! Changshou knows that Elder Wan is coveting the recipe of his Soul-breaking pills, Changshou knows how stingy Elder Wan is so he responds by being more stingy lol. He can save money but he'll only get a single pill in 100,000 years - Changshou is so cunning Changshou uses Ling'E as bait for emotion. The scene where they say Master will be gone and he pops out of the frame angry got me kek'ing, that's a nice way to break the fourth wall. Changshou manages to procure the Poison Gold Stove from Elder Wan thanks to the pill recipe. Next they need an immortal cultivator to assist with the formation, and what better way than to use Ling'E to nag Senior Jiu Wu and keep attention away from Changshou. Ling'E and Jiu Jiu get together and in exchange for wine she helps them with the formation. Woah a two year time skip and Senior Jiu Wu is suspicious that the formation is so advanced that Jiu Jiu wouldn't be able to create it. |
