| The comic relief from the racoon being oblivious to her situation of looking like Nana and Kouhei's deceased daughter is almost off putting, but if the slight drama remains and quickly grows stronger, that'll work. Otherwise, having too much meaningless comedy on this type of dramatic story could kill the seriousness of it all. It's interesting I guess, but I can't imagine how the racoon not realizing its situation for longer than four chapters could work... I imagine realistically she should know sooner than later in just a few days somehow. Most likely by being told when they simply ask out of curious from how weird it is for her to eagerly want to make them both cry. Even if it could seem like a child's perverse ignorant innocence of unintentional bullying. |
