This can’t be the ending probably a part 2 like the Isekai bookworm girl Myne

I hope it isn’t the end it was becoming a little interesting because the novel is still on going and I’m already reading a lot of novel atm don’t have room for more unless I finish with one but it’s unlikely due to them also being ongoing

I know, I wondered what really happened to the main character's birth mother. The female knight claimed the mother merely "passed away three months after giving birth" to the main character. But, given the horrible personality of the garbage lord, my only assumption is that the garbage husband killed the loving birth mother for the following reasons:
1. the birth mother refuses to breed another child so the garbage lord decided to kill his first wife for "knowing too much family secrets."
2. To prevent a scandal leaked, since the garbage lord cares about his "perfect public image" so much.
3. To prevent the birth mother from going to the forest to find and reclaim her lost baby.
4. It is possible that the birth mother came from an influentially powerful family so, to prevent unwanted political consequences, the garbage lord needed to have the birth mother look like she "passed away naturally" to prevent diplomatic repercussions.

Overall, regardless of being a "good lord" or not, the garbage father was simply a HORRIBLE person; like to know how the lord's domain handled his death. I was looking forward to seeing the main character have a heated Verbal confrontation with his "birth father" but a surprise attack has to do, talking to a Lowlife is a waste of precious lifespan. Karma for the garbage lord for abandoning his son, trying to massacre his son's adopted family, and feeding lies to his female knight who abandoned that nonnegotiable idiot. I mean, using Santairiku Eiyuuki and Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri as examples, I understand the logic of killing a Dangerous first born heir, for the sake of preventing civic disasters, but there are better methods in handling that sort of issues, seriously; in the case with Marvel's Odin, Odin simply just "Erased" his first born daughter, Banished Thor, and chained/Locked up Loki After they did something Stupid (in Hela's case she was sealed away when it was too obvious she is dangerous), a bit extreme (from the Perspective of a modern society) but it is much better compared to how the main character's trash "birth father" handled an "untalented" baby. Don't understand why the loser father was hesitant in killing his second wife's firstborn son, but likely due to how that was a type of scandal he couldn't cover easily (since too many people know about the existence of his second born).

couldn't say it better myself I hope this isn't the end because you point out all the things I was questioning as well and what to see a better conclusion

No surprise it got axed. The only thing this manga had going for it was good art. Half of it was spent on pointless grind like evolutions and random monster attacks.

I mean it is not that bad. Really enjoyed KARMA had hit on the trash father. Though I did expect some lengthy verbal confrontation, words are USELESS on the stupidly prideful and cowardly.

I did enjoy the moral dilemma with the female knight. It is a typical knight issue, where they have to choose between trading their righteous heart for the sake of knighthood or sacrifice knighthood for the sake of their heart. To knights, knighthood is their ultimate family treasure (to lose knighthood is the same as betraying one's ancestors who served as loyal knights in the past) and  death or dirtying one's hands is more preferable than being disgracefully stripped of the knighthood. The female knight is one of those rare knight characters that chose moral preservation over patriotism.

Anyway, my only complaint about this manga, is if it would make it clear if the main character had any romantic attachments with any of the female characters, it seemed imaginable for the main character to show romantic moments with his goblin mommy or onee-san.
