Like many other anima/manga, I think Kanokari is impossible to adapt in western style... thus it makes it a perfect candidate for a western live adaptation! Can you imagine Netflix making such a show ? I really don't want it but I'd love to, just for fun.

This anime already has it's own live-action and damn the MC is good-looking... Not like Kazuya

The story quality is actually good, even though what it's based on isn't so I think there's a possibility for this.

I don’t think live action will be as funny/entertaining as the way it is right now.

Maybe not Netflix style, but if it's generic american romcom style or even telenovela style then it could be a hit

I mean the story is never static, drama and comedy alternate with incredible speed. The many conflict and heartfelt moments make this something that it can be liked by the majority (you know, anime fans are an exception in taste) and this show doesn't need excessive cgi or has technical difficulties

I don't see why it can't be, but then i remember no one would put the money in a project where the original medium is hated

I mean, beta male main characters are currently a top choice in the western media as well, so why not.
