| I'm a guy, and have enjoyed both shoujo and josei manga. My main reason why I avoid shoujo manga is the.. cluttered artstyle with all the distracting stuff in the background and stuff. That being said, it is just very few works that are categorised as shoujo and josei. |

| im a dude i for one loves stupid isekais, trashy visual novels, fucked up mangas/books, and i also love sweet rom coms, sad love stories, or any shoujos with something good to enjoy. dont pay attention to anyone who tries to box people into categories just to trash them. they are click bait and dont deserve ad monies from you. |
| I am a male but natsume yuujinchou is my all time favorite anime and i dont think it will change. I couldn't find the same mix of heartwarming and sad feels in any other anime. Storytelling of this anime is top tier <3 |
