Another (light novel)
| This show was funnier than Konosuba and on the same level as nichijou imo Maybe it's just me but most horror anime is just Comedy to me. I guess that's where live action prevails, u can't beat the real life immersion Pennywise, US, Child's Play, Annabelle, Happy Death Day , half of those scared me to death I honestly hope one day we get a season 2 though was a good show nevertheless want to laugh more. |

I am with you on this anime being more of a comedy than anything. I could tell that the show wanted me to take everything happening seriously but it was all too absurd for that to happen. Plus the ‘tension’ before somebody died felt like the set-up to a predictable joke. ikr especially when that kid died in the ocean like it was so obvious he was going to die, and yet the show thought they were teasing us like it wasn't obvious 😂 and that goes for the one that died in the elevator, not to mention the chaos at the end. |

| I wouldn't call it scary but it's horror not comedy. as for a season two I find it unlikely, but there is another novel out "Another 2001" iirc, I'm not sure if the English translation is out yet though. |

| The last episode was GTA Irl, the only episode which i liked most in the series, just kill and kill, like stand up, do something funny and kill someone cause maybe that one is extra person. Lmfao. |

Things that try too hard to take themselves seriously always end up feeling ridiculous instead. Just because u hve seen some horror movies it doesn't mean that the shows that doesn't stood up to your expectations is a comedy The bizarre way all the deaths took place. the last episode that became a battle royal, if that's not comedy I don't know what is. :) I can't be the only one with that morbid sense of humor. like if I see someone die in an Extraordinary way of course I'll laugh. | it wasn't scary, but honestly it wasn't that funny either, only 1 or 2 of the death were laugh worthy level of stupid. a serious show that is FANTASTIC comedy is baki. |

| If a horror show made you laugh it missed its point. Honnestly I thought Another was pretty bad. Blend and boring and the spirit being an unknown character is underwhelming. |
