Ushio isn't OP. You can't be OP when you're still not as strong as the bad guys.

She's working with Shinpei because he has an ability that is useful in defeating the shadows. Killing the shadows is how she protects Mio.

Still way more powerful than the MC. This is not a bad thing per se be she plays the role his personal guardian angel while being sexy and half naked all the time - an otaku dream.

LOL how she more powerful than a guy who literally just resets after he dies? I would say return from death is up there with the most OP abilities in Anime.

She gave him this power CC style (CC is one of the waifu baits in Code Geass)...but whatever.
Take Usio as a genuine character and not as otaku pandering if you will, I simply disagree.

She is the least irritating one overall, but is that because of who she is or is it because she's never on screen and therefore we can't know who and what she is.
That doesn't mean I disagree with her being the most normal one, at least on a surface level, but as I said up to episode 8 she is so far kind of ... nothing.
Only episode 5 which gives her some mystery with one line she said.
