Given 'Look Back' has been announced for the end of this year, I reckon there will be one. We also recently just had an announcement for some short stories from the mangaka being published in English early next year. I think this means that 'Goodbye Eri' will be probably released in a year at the earliest so as bot to conflict with those scheduled releases.
In short, I think there will be a physical release, but we will have to wait a while to find out.

Update: It was recently announced for a physical release next summer (luckily as I predicted)

Note: There is always the possibility of delays and we should know the street date within the next few months

I like “Look Back” but I loved “Goodbye Eri”. I just got the physical for Look Back but now I can’t wait for this. It’s gonna go in my exclusive shelf.
