Sao 2 has a better story and characters, backstories and sad moments, a finale and everything else. How Mother Rosario is the best art in sao not rated at all and sao 2 is better than everyone in sao s1 and sao s1 is the best part of all seasons lol

Alcization is better don't know how sao 2 is better as it only Focus on shino and her problems with introducing gun gale.

^ ah you are wrong bud. Ig you haven't watched the whole season property but to remind you S2 have the "Mother's Rosario" Arc in which Asuna got Better character development, introduction of a good character i e., Yuuki konno, good heartwarming story, and important side story to give the base of Alicization arc with introduction of new mechanisms like <<Medicuboid>> and also introduced Alicization in a vague manner.

And so many more in just a Side story. And So it is considered one of the best arcs.

WISHED I COULD ALSO GET TRANSPORTED TO A WORLD FULL OF MAGIC And DUNGEONS, please take me there too if you could (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡

I'm not sure but the whole community loved the season 1.

Season 1 is pretty much the reason this anime got popular and stuff.

I liked SAO's first part and did not like SAO's second part
I really liked GGO but didn't like the Yuki arc
but I think that Alicization tops both of them, It had better pacing, better world-building, villains, and an actual partner.

Agreed, and I have been saying this for six years lol SAO 2 is better than SAO 1 in my opinion. The reason I think people SAO 1 is better because of the Aincrad arc which I agree is very good. Although, in that same season there was the Fairy Dance arc which was probably the worst arc between each of the two seasons lol, and while SAO 2 never had an arc as bad as the Fairy Dance. While also having Mother's Roserio which was the best arc in the series until Alization came out in my opinion, and this when looking at both seasons in the entirety SAO 2 is better than SAO 1 I believe.

As a massive fan of this series I can confidently say season 2 is better than season 1 in almost every aspect
