Kingdom and tower of god (not there anime)
And if you'd fine with comedy and slow start then gintama

My personal recommendation list:
AOT (9/10, humans vs titans, deep story similar to One Piece)
Black Clover (8.9/10, similar to Naruto, magic stuff)
Demon slayer (8.7/10, amazing animation and fights)
Jujutsu Kaisen (8.5/10, clean animation, badass characters)
Tokyo Ghoul (8/10, might feel having too much blood scenes for young people)
Tokyo Revengers (7-8/10 Gangs, school fights, etc)
Fate Series (Still watching, one of the best anime fights in all of anime)
That's if you like action and shonen stuff such as One Piece, but anime as long as them, I would recommend Gintama (Haven't watched it tho)

Bungo Stray Dogs, The Devil is a Part Timer, Blue Exorcist, Durarara are all really good
Edit: I saw Blue Exorcist on your list. Plunderer, Yu Yu Hakusho, Noragami, and Fairy Tail are also really good

Well in Luffy's case he believes becoming the pirate king will make him the Freest man alive rather than the most powerful so in a way it's still freedom

he still has freedom he does whatever he wants but in eren case their race is being treated as monster they can't even cross the walls and go to another areas and aot story is far more deep than op i am not gonna comment after this end of discussion

More recommendations- Akame ga kill,jujutsu kaisen,danmachi,fire force,guilty crown,mob psycho 100 and parasyte and some anime movies- all studio ghibli movies except for new ones,akira and grave of fireflies just pick any one of my recommendations and it will for sure not disappoint you
