| 80-85 episodes would be the best choice imo. If Kudo decided to expand the the rushed chapters in this arc (which he was forced to do), it may very well be over 100 episodes. |

| yuu yuu hakusho - 175chp perriot made it - 112ep and the pace felt at most 2chp per ep, and in the latest episodes the pace felt much like 3 episodes per ep. if this arc is - 200+ chapters, and pierrot gonna make this, i doubt it will be more than 100 episodes if the chapter rate gonna be 3 per ep, and since bleach is mostly action you can insert 4 chapters per ep without much struggle, so it's gonna be 70-100 like other said. |
| Bare minimum would probably be 4-cour, 52-ish episodes if they moved super quick and didn't expand anything. Maximum would likely be double that: 100-ish episodes. But I'm gonna say split the difference with around 70 episodes. |

| Discounting the first arc which had an abnormal episode-to-chapter conversion rate of 3.5 chapters per episode (most likely due to exposition, worldbuilding, and a ton of character introductions), the conversion rate for past arcs varies somewhat wildly from as low as 1.15 chapters per episode (Arrancar: The Hueco Mundo Sneak Entry Arc) to as high as 3 chapters per episode (Soul Society: The Rescue Arc). On average, however, discounting the first arc, we have a rough average of 2.004 chapters per episode. Therefore, with its grand total of 208 chapters (making it by far the largest continuous arc in Bleach, by the way), TYBW should expect a maximum of 181 episodes (using the lowest precedent, which is 1.15 chapters per episode), a minimum of 69 episodes (using the highest precedent that isn't the first arc, which is 3 chapters per episode), and an average of 103 episodes (using the average of 2.004 we calculated above). I would place my personal estimates somewhere around 100 episodes with a maximum of 3 seasons. This isn't going to be your standard 26-episode seasonal anime if that's what people are expecting; TYBW ran in WSJ for four years before the manga ended. There's a lot of material to adapt and a lot of exposition and lore about Yhwach, Squad Zero, and the Sternritter—not to mention Kubo has hinted at the possibility of the anime adapting scenes which he did not get around to in the manga. You should fully prepare yourself for an "Attack on Titan: Final Season" kind of situation where we get "Bleach Final Arc: Season 1", "Bleach Final Arc: Season 2", etc. over the next 2-3 years or so. |

| From what I understand the entire thing has been in the works for a few years now. It's complete. This was a great time for Bleach to reenter the market seeing as how other shounen has gotten stale and stagnant with massive delays in releases. They kept it under wraps super well. The reason for this is because the manga is going to begin releasing the same day as the first episode is released. There will be a 2 year wait between the end of the anime and the continuation of the manga before it's animated. All in all, Bleach will likely go (as a product in release) for another 6-8 years before finally ending once and for all. There's not much info about this anywhere online but if you do some digging and follow some money around it's pretty obvious they've been working on this big project in secret. Ya'll just have to take my word for it. From what I've heard it seems they have held nothing back in terms of animation and we're getting top quality movie tier for each release. |
