How many Volumes does this cover and does anyone know if the Deluxe Edition manga is only a 3-in-1 ?

Deluxe Edition is a 3 in 1, yes. And they are great btw.

I think the Anime covers the story of the first ~14 Volumes

^this, but the anime doesn't cover the first three vols as well, so it's like 3-14

This adaptation covers two arcs: the "Blackswordsman arc" that goes from volume 1 to volume 3 and the "Golden Age Arc" that goes from volume 4 to volume 13. However, almost every single event that occurred during the blackswordsman arc was cut out of this anime and the only chapter of this arc that wasn't cut out from this adaptation is the first chapter.
