Nah, Netflix is streaming Violet Evergarden's first season too (and has been since its release in 2018) so it's logical that they'll be streaming the movie too. It has nothing to do with the Funiroll situation.

Nah, Netflix is streaming Violet Evergarden's first season too (and has been since its release in 2018) so it's logical that they'll be streaming the movie too. It has nothing to do with the Funiroll situation.
Yeah, but it really feel like they are fighting with Sony. Like they just have the right to release Blue Period and Komi Can’t Communicate exclusively weekly, so they really are in the game now. Even tho they need 2 weeks to do the subtitles, but maybe they can improve that in the future.

Stone Ocean is monthly so I dont count. Even tho its impressive to see them release it before the TV NGL.

As Erufailon4 said, it doesn't have anything to do with Violet Evergarden, but you are right that they're trying a lot harder to compete now.

I'm subscriber of Netflix for other interests than Anime, then i really enjoyed that now i could finish to watch ALL the V.E franchise legally (Kyoami deserves) and with quality.

Hope one day Netflix finally acknowledges the anime market.
