| Maki kicking ass and taking names, hope she gets promoted after this event. While Maki and her sister had their battle and a brief talk it doesn't appear that they're closer to repairing their strained relationship but maybe something will happen later to bring them closer. |

| This episode was very female centric which is always good. Quite a lot of focus on Nobara but I think the main focus is definitely Maki in this entire episode very girl power I feel. Some of the best fights that I have seen so far in Jujutsu Kaisen so far. They were both done insanely well just the animation, man was it so fluid there. Nobara showing that she’s an utter badass as well not caring what people think of her whilst pretty much destroying the gender roles argument that Momo was presenting in that fight. But one thing I wasn’t expecting was the fact that Maki is actually Mai’s older sister and the latter is resentful of Maki because she left the family household in order to become a Jujutsu sorcerer herself and Mai simply not bearing to think that she’d be alone, actually followed her sister into that same world as well. Even to the point where she wanted to be near her level as well. Poor Miwa basically had her sword stolen from her just leaving her dazed and wondering what the hell happened. XD Great episode overall, just a great episode, full stop for me. ‘Nuff said. |
