Just a bunch of short stories, but it's not bad to have a break killing this unlimited goblins. I highly approved of this contents every 4th volume or so.

I'm looking forward to the hero's meeting with gob slayer, any chances of it to be sooner?

Such a underrated series, glad it’s getting a anime. I like the chemistry between goblin slayer, spearman, and heavey warrior. I kind feel bad for witch.

Well, technicaly Goblin Slayer met the Hero twice so far (as of 4th vol.)... first they met was in the manga series "Brand new Day", which I guess it will be covered in the Light novel of the same name airing "soon enough"... if not counting that one, than in the main story Light Novels Goblin Slayer met hero day before the harvest festival in front of the frontier town (Novel 3, after GS did finish his preparations for goblin attack).
