Sleeping in a seperate bed and not taking long baths???
Do they think a pregnant woman is made out of sugar or something? If a pregnant woman was that fragile, and shes a well build muscular warrior mi d you, humanity would already be extinct. period.
Not taking long baths may be true if your in your LAST 2 months but that would mainly afdect really hot baths or saunas. The amniotic fluids are more than capable of protecting the child from any fling your weak husband might hit at you in his sleep lmao.
The difference is actually true sleeping apart can have bad psychological effect on a pregnant woman since during pregnancy the hormones go kinda crazy most of the times.
Same principle as your brain: you don't just drop dead if you hit your head. It need tremendous force to do that.
