Can I request Forum Post Deletion?

Hi, I would like to know if I could have my Forum Posts Deleted by the Administration. I said a lot of retarded stuff in the Forums, (Shitposting.) And I just don't want any of what I've been blabbing to be looked up by people who may know me IRL.

After the posts are deleted, I just plan on not chatting anymore on the forums to avoid the temptation to shitpost. But if I do post anything, it will most-definitely NOT be in the Casual Discussion thread any longer.
