| Man, that's an insane revelation of the 1st and 2nd killer in the series. I wish I had watched Detective Conan when I was younger. It's nice to meet Ran and Shinichi's characters when this series actually began. It's not that suprising looking back why this series is still popular even today. There are so many opportunities for stories to be made and for Conan/Shinichi to solve, while also progressing the plot. That and also how it began for Shinichi Kudo to become the iconic Conan Edogawa. Great start, hehe. |

| I liked it, and the aesthetic is gorgeous, but everything happened too fast for my taste. I understand that it's literally the first episode and that the exposition is important, but I would have liked them to leave something we don't know about the protagonists' personalities and family backgrounds. |
| I don't like this episode so much. The culprits were very obvious and not a fan of two cases in a single episode since it feels rushed. The ending was more interesting but it ended too quickly. Did it get better? I hope so but the first episode didn't leave a good impression. At least the characters are not annoying. |
